REPT 8-WEEK PERSONALIZED PHYSICAL TRAINING

  • 3-DAY 8-WEEK 1:1 PT

    This is 1-on-1 training services that will take place 3 days a week for 8 consecutive weeks. Every workout will consist of a Dynamic Stretch - Workout - Static Stretch Format. During this 8-week cycle, clients will receive customized personal training tailored to their fitness goals. Along the way, clients will be equipped with a strong foundation in basic fitness knowledge, motivation, direction on proper technique, and the discipline that will push you forward in your fitness journey.

  • 4-DAY 8-WEEK 1:1 PT
